The Most Wonderful Time of The Year

Hey, Readers.  That time of year has arrived again.  No, I'm not talking about Christmas.  Stay where you are, fat man.  I'm talking about Spooky Season.  To celebrate, I wanted to share with you a new sims 4 CAS background that I just downloaded.

The background is called Vampire's Study.  It was created by thatonegreenleaf.  Here's what it looks like.  FYI, I did not create the sim that's featured in this image.  This is from the content creator's patreon.

The best part about this background is the mirror.  It allows you to see the back of your sim without having to rotate them.  If you want this spooky CAS background for yourself, just click on the creator's name and it will take you straight to her patreon page.

If you enjoy reading my blog or my other creative endeavors and want to show some love, consider donating to my Ko-fi page.  The link to it can be found in the bottom left corner of my blog and in my profile.

Donating to my Ko-fi will grant you an invite to my discord server where fellow creators can share their creative work, make connections or just chill.  People who make a one time payment will be given the Member role and monthly supporters will be given the VIP role.  VIPs will have access to a private text channel and a private voice channel for more personal interactions.

Til next time.

Monster Mash of Webcomics

Hey, readers.  Happy March.  Winter is coming to an end and Spring is almost here.  Let's celebrate this upcoming changing of the seasons with some webcomic talk.  Here's a list of monster webcomics that I've been reading for a while and wanted to give a shout out to.

  • Biff the Vampire: The tale of a vampire far from home, who has to deal with friends and being a modern monster in a mortal world.
  • Ozzie the Vampire: A comic about a vampire and her human best friend protecting the town of Gloomburg, New Jersey from a constant onslaught of demonic forces from the underworld.
  • Monster Soup: The story of a zombie, witch, ghost, werewolf and vampire that are sentenced to live in a castle.

And that's my list.  Hope you enjoy reading these webcomics as much as I do.  Speaking of reading, i
f you enjoy reading my blog and want to show some love, consider donating to my Ko-fi page.  The link can be found in the header under "SUPPORT".  Til next time.

The Misadventures of Missi & Duke

Hey, readers.  If you don't know already, I'm a proud member of the Voltaire Signal Corps on facebook.  The purpose of this group is to spread the word about The Captain himself, Aurelio Voltaire.  Everything from his music to web series updates.  One day, someone in the group posted a video of a fan animation using one of Voltaire's songs.

The animation was the work of Daria Cohen and is part of an ongoing series called The Vampair Series.  So far, only parts 1-3 have been released.  Parts 1 and 2 featured songs by Aurelio Voltaire and part 3 featured a song by Lily Allen.  I liked what I saw and can't wait to see more from this series.  Besides youtube, you can also follow Daria Cohen on her other social media pages here, herehere and here.

For your spooky viewing pleasure, here's parts 1-3 of the Vampair Series.  Til next time.

A Bloody Good Time

Hey, readers.  I was contacted by SMT Entertainment, and they asked if I could share this cool event on my blog.  That's right, I be shilling for "The Man" now.  I await your hate mail. XD Anyway, on to the event.

It's called the Endless Night Vampire Ball.  This year, it's being held in New Orleans at the House of Blues.  Performers for the event include The Cruxshadows, DJ Angel and others.  Opening ceremonies begin on Thursday, October 26.  The Ball runs from October 27 to October 29.

To learn more about the event, I suggest checking out Endless Night's website.  I took a look at it for myself.  From what I read and saw, it looks like it's going to be super fun.  So, if you live in New Orleans, around the area or plan on heading down that way, hit up the Vampire Ball.  Til next time.
